The SSO Server Upgrade and move to the new Duo Universal Prompt has been completed.

Information Technology Services will be performing maintenance on the JCU Single Sign On server this Friday, March 15, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. During this time, you will not be able to authenticate into SSO-enabled services. Any services to which you have already logged in should be not affected.

As part of this work, we will be making the migration to Duo's new MFA prompt, known as the Universal Prompt. This next-generation authentication experience provides a simplified and accessible Duo login experience for web-based applications, offering a redesigned visual interface with security, mobile, and usability enhancements.
