Information Technology Services will be performing important network maintenance Saturday morning (8/13/2022) between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM to ensure internet bandwidth and redundancy. There will be several brief losses of internet and local network connectivity as well as possible extended outages. If your connectivity is lost, it should typically be restored within a few minutes. Please note that these outages will affect inbound as well as outbound connectivity.

Scheduled - During after hours maintenance on the voice mail server tonight (8/3), an issue arose with some mailboxes receiving old deleted messages back in the new message inbox. If you are using email message notification, these same mailboxes might also have received email notifications of those same messages.

We will attempt to remediate the issue tomorrow (8/4) evening, which will hopefully remove the old messages from the voice mail, but the email notifications will need to be manually deleted from your email inbox

Resolved - Information Technology Services will be doing the necessary maintenance patch to the voice mail system on Wednesday, August 3rd at 5:15 pm which will last for up to 15 minutes. During this time, callers will not be able to leave messages and users will not be able to retrieve messages.

If you are experiencing trouble with your voice mail service after 5:30 PM Wednesday evening, or upon your return to work on Thursday, please call the Service Desk at 216-397-3005 to report the issue.

Scheduled - Information Technology Services will be upgrading the Horizon Virtual Machine environment from 7.5 to 8.1 version tomorrow morning (7/28/22) at 7 am.
