Scheduled - Information Technology Services will be performing maintenance on the Primary Data Center. Single Sign-on authentication services will be moved to the Secondary Datacenter during this migration providing minimal to no disruption to cloud services like Google and Canvas. However, during the migration, there will be no access to on-campus hosted services including files (H: and O: drives) and Banner. Google Drive will not be affected.

Resolved - Information Technology Services experienced a brief outage on our Single Sign-On (SSO) environment where users were not able to log in for a couple of minutes. A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating - We are experiencing a disruption in the campus network affecting both computer access and phones. ITS engineers are working with the vendor's Critical Response Team to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
