Resolved - Some users were seeing "503 Error" when trying to log into Banner. JCU ITS has confirmed that the issue has been resolved.

Identified - Some users were seeing 503 error when trying to log into Banner. Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of the issue and working to resolve as quickly as possible.

Scheduled - Canvas will be performing a brief maintenance event on our Canvas instance on July 4th. This event will last up to 30 minutes and occur at 1:00 AM. Canvas users will not be able to access Canvas for up to 15 minutes while the event is underway.

Scheduled - Canvas is performing database maintenance on the outcomes service for New Quizzes. This event will occur on 7/1/2020, starting at 1:00 AM and will last for up to 30 minute. Instructors will be unable to interact with outcomes within New Quizzes for approximately 3-5 minutes during this maintenance event.
