The ITS department will be doing necessary maintenance upgrade to the voice mail system on June 4th. The voice mail system will be offline starting around 5:30 PM, and may be unavailable between 60-120 minutes. The VM system will alert callers to the fact that maintenance is taking place, and to try their call again later.
If you are experiencing trouble with your voice mail service after 8:00 PM Thursday evening, or upon your return to work on Friday, please call the ITS Service Desk at 216-397-3005 to report the issue.
