Information Technology Services will be doing the necessary maintenance patch to the voice mail system on Wednesday, August 3rd at 5:15 pm which will last for up to 15 minutes. During this time, callers will not be able to leave messages and users will not be able to retrieve messages.
If you are experiencing trouble with your voice mail service after 5:30 PM Wednesday evening, or upon your return to work on Thursday, please call the Service Desk at 216-397-3005 to report the issue.
